OUR STEP-BY-STEP PROCESS
From Inspection to Documentation
Every service follows a consistent, detailed process to ensure your ice machines are clean, properly maintained, and documented.
INSPECT
Inspect the entire ice machine and document condition, equipment information, performance observations, and visible deficiencies.
CLEAN
Remove scale, buildup, and debris using procedures and cleaning products appropriate to the manufacturer/equipment.
DISINFECT
Disinfect applicable surfaces/components using appropriate sanitizing procedures and products.
MAINTAIN
Inspect and maintain applicable water-system components, seals, gaskets, and mechanical parts.
TEST
Return equipment to operation and verify key functions such as ice production, water flow, and overall performance.
DOCUMENT
Provide a detailed service report with findings, work performed, recommendations, and next scheduled service.
